A complete primary-suite reconfiguration: an expanded bathroom with a larger custom shower and freestanding tub, plus a new custom walk-in closet reached through a new pocket door.

The challenge

The original bathroom was built around a corner jetted tub and an enclosed shower, leaving no room for a larger shower or a freestanding tub.

The result

An expanded primary bathroom with a custom blue-tile shower, freestanding tub and double vanity, and a new walk-in closet entered through a pocket door off the bedroom.

Finished double vanity with two undermount sinks, a white quartz-look countertop, grey raised-panel cabinetry, a tall centre tower cabinet, mirrors and seeded-glass sconces, with the freestanding tub beyond
