Whole Home

Whole-Home Remodeling

Multi-room renovations planned, sequenced, and finished as one project, with consistent detailing from room to room.

Multiple rooms are planned as one coordinated project. Decisions made in the kitchen carry through to the flooring in the hallway and the trim in the living room, so selections are made together, long-lead items are ordered early, and the trades are sequenced so each phase is ready for the next.

Common questions

Answers before you start.

Can the work be phased?

Yes. Some homeowners run everything at once; others phase by floor or by room. Either way the plan is made up front so early work does not have to be undone later.

Can we live in the house during the work?

Usually. We define the work zone, protect the rest of the home, and clean up at the end of each day.
